Country retreat and traditional, oak built holiday accommodation with pool and tennis court, near Varaždin

Just 12 kilometres from Varaždin, the house and amenities are set in a peaceful area amid woods and green fields with a spectacular view of Ivanšćica mountains. It offers nearby swimming, walks and cycle rides past castles, lakes, vineyards and streams. Wine tours, local craft tours, history tours, canoeing, riding, tennis coaching and yoga sessions may also be organised. The Old Oak House is an ideal venue for a relaxing family holiday available from 1 April to 30 November with plenty of fun activities on offer including use of our swimming pool (1 June - 1 October), tennis court and BBQ area.

Fully renovated to a modern, well appointed standard whilst retaining its original oak features and old world charm. Accommodation consists of 2 en-suite bedroom apartments on the ground floor. There are also 2 twin-bedded rooms with a shared shower room upstairs. This flexible arrangement means that families and groups of various sizes (maximum 8 guests) can be easily accommodated. Accompanying pets are permitted.

Pricing - July and August minimum 3 nights - up to 4 guests €125 per night + €12 for each additional guest. All other times - up to 4 guests €100 per night + €10 for each additional guest. Child under 2 (cot provided) free. Accompanying pet €10 per stay.

Payment terms - 25% deposit on booking. Guests can cancel for full deposit refund until 30 days (60 days for August bookings) before arrival. Outstanding balance to be paid no later than 14 days before arrival or else the reservation will be treated as cancelled. Guests who cancel or amend their guest numbers inside 7 days of arrival or do not show up will be charged the total price of the original reservation.
